Peking Duck

Char Siu
Char siu, the Chinese term for fork-roasted meat, is more commonly used to describe grilled meat, most commonly pig. Before being sliced into thin strips, the pig is marinated in a sweet and sour sauce. This sweet dish can only be found in southern China, where it is more common. We believe that the best char siu can only be found in China, despite the fact that it is easy to make at home.
