When the home inspectors arrived at the property, the got to work right away. They searched and scoured every nook and cranny of the house. They checked everywhere and looked for surprises that might be obscured by the old walls or the flooring. There was plenty of places to check, so it took a little while before they were done with it. What they discovered shocked all of them. The house was actually in perfect shape! The house was probably in better condition than it was when Joyce bought it one fateful day in the 1940s. Together with her husband, she took such good care of the home that there was nothing else that needed to be done before they could sell it. In fact, Gladys and Carla only needed to head back to the office and it was all good. This had never happened before!
