The home was nothing short of gorgeous, but you could not say the same thing for the backyard. Clearly, this was one part of the property that saw some neglect. They installed AstroTurf down there at some point, but that was the only landscaping effort to be seen there. Despite the lackluster backyard, Carla and Gladys knew an opportunity when the saw one. They knew they could fetch a great price for this place. The next thing they had to do was get some inspectors over there to check for hidden flaws and other damages that needed fixing before they could sell it.

A house can look this good but boast of severe problems when it comes to the parts hidden from our eyes. Perhaps there was something wrong with the foundation. Maybe there was mold inside the walls. It is these things that would mean a huge price drop, although Clara and Gladys felt confident that this place was perfectly fine. Despite the confidence they had, it was always possible that something unexpected would turn up. Maybe there was some issue that remained unaddressed for years on end. When it was time for the inspectors to do their work, everyone involved in the situation was in for another big surprise.
