Huge Problem

They were a little worried since the home was decorated very femininely no matter where you looked! Even though it was well kept and amazing, it was not going to appeal to male buyers since the décor was going to be too floral or pink for most men. The color scheme was going to be an issue if the potential buyer was not interested in putting some effort do redo the decoration. It was going to take a lot of time, money and effort to redecorate an entire home. Among other things, they knew that money could have gone to the fee they wanted to charge instead. The pinks, golds, and purples of the rooms would probably not attract most male clients. Some women might not like it too.

Very Unique

The most unique room was something of an acquired taste, that was for sure. In the basement, there was a room that came with wood paneling and a wet bar, which made it the perfect man cave. It already looked like this, which meant one only needed to tweak it here or there to make it ideal. Clearly, there was a man who spent a long time down there. This must have been the private space of Joyce’s husband. It probably served as a space to relax on his own or together with his pals. This room must have served as a retreat from all the pastels and florals everywhere else in the house.
