There was more to the story. The home was practically a large time capsule. If you walk through the front door, it almost felt like you went back to the ‘40s. That was the time Joyce moved into the home and began to decorate it to her liking. She chose the wallpaper, curtains, flooring, furniture, and more all by herself! How cool is that?

As the ladies took a tour of the house, they were thrilled to see that each room was even cleaner and more attractive than the last one. It was easily the best-maintained and cleanest house the two had ever encountered in their career. It was more than just a regular house – it was a homage to the past! Joyce went through a lot of effort to take care of the beautiful home. They could see why she hesitated. Even though the house was in the best possible condition on the inside, there was something that they immediately thought would be a problem. It was something that could make or break the deal. However, they hoped this was not going to be such a big problem.
