Moneyball
Moneyball, a 2011 sports drama with leading actors Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill, follows the amazing story of the 2002 Oakland baseball team. Although the director shied away from the order of certain events, it is still viewed as historically accurate. To be noted, the real team manager Art Howe thinks the film did not portray him correctly.
The Wolf Of Wall Street
Based on the real story of stockbroker Jordan Belfort, The Wolf Of Wall Street follows the story of an eager young man who builds his way up Wall Street to then fall in serious fraud and corruption. Although some details in the film are debated today, the movie is more or less true to Belfort’s memoir.
