The Oxyrhynchus Papyri
The collection of writings known as the Oxyrhynchus Papyri were originally found between the 19th and 20th century. However, only an estimate of 10 percent of these manuscripts were literary documents. Some of the scripts included topics related to taxes, trading, or censuses. Most of the writings were written in Greek. However, some were written in different languages like Arabic and Latin.
