There Were Warning Signs
Initially, George did not notice the change in Crosby’s behavior. The owner and pet stuck to their routines, so it was more difficult to see the warning signs. However, George finally figured it out one day. He had just come home from work. He expected to get a warm welcome from his furry pal but instead, he saw a sight which disturbed him very much! He had a hard time wrapping his head around it.

George called out to Crosby, but the dog did not respond. He went to look for his pet and found Crosby staring at a wall in the living room. George wondered why his furry pal didn’t answer his calls and he started to worry that Crosby might be suffering from poor hearing. George tried increasing his volume, but the dog still did not react. Crouching down beside his pet, George looked at the part of the wall his dog was looking at intently. What was it that caught Crosby’s attention?
