Initially, it seemed like the dog was not really interested in the cheeseburger, but she started to cry less after some time. They continued to wait until they saw the dog try the cheeseburger and calm down. However, the poor creature continued to cry even if they offered food to her, so Loreta still felt worried. It was clear that the dog was really scared, and she might run away.

They did not know anything about the dog. The only thing they knew about her was that she was scared of humans. Since they were not sure how the poor creature would react to them, Loreta had to be cautious and careful while trying to save her. There was always the possibility of the dog attacking them. She did want to help the pooch. However, Loreta’ safety was the priority.
