Peggy was recognized from the beginning as someone who went against the grain; she was exceptional. Peggy was resolute in her goal to work as a mechanic at the Altus Oklahoma Air Force Base, but she vowed that she would never compromise her principles and principles. She never lowered her standards, nor did she ever consider doing so. Peggy was unyielding in the sense that she would not give up her search for information about what had happened to Billy until she had found out the truth. She devoted every waking moment of her life to tracking down Billie. Peggy’s dogged pursuit of her son’s whereabouts began almost immediately after he vanished into thin air, and continued for the next seven decades.

Peggy continued her investigation, but nothing she found made any sense at all. Both that Billie had gone missing and that he had been found deceased were reported in various news outlets. Even though it was getting more difficult, she was determined to find out the truth. Nothing could stop her. No matter how many years went by, Peggy’s dedication never wavered, and she was successful in spite of the passage of time. She did not yet intend to raise any sign of peace or a white flag at this time. Peggy’s arduous and fruitless search was about to bear fruit…
