Some people are simply incapable of learning their lesson. When they tell you to avoid parking in front of a hydrant, you should obey. This person probably thought something like, “The worst that can happen is that they will give me a ticket, and they won’t even do that!” Now, if only things unfold as you wish they would…When a fire began, the firemen did not have an easy time maneuvering and using the fire hose with this car around. Apparently, the person did not get a ticket for parking in that spot. However, they did get two smashed windows and quite a lot of water damage inside. Well, what did they expect to happen?
