Okay someone definitely made this person angry and on more than one occasion. What kinds of people go and get business cards printed? These people must encounter bad parkers often, because they are willing to spend their own money on getting revenge.

Now, can we truly judge the person who did this? We obviously could, although allow us to first explore what went down here. Like many people, this person was seeking out a parking spot. Unfortunately, there seemed to be no available slots left. That is until a miracle happened, and a slot opened up. The “parking spot” you are looking at here is not actually that. As a matter of fact, it was the parking lot for shopping carts! It was raining that day, so they must have thought they got lucky. Well, let us not cast fingers this time around. We have a couple of questions about that single cart, however. Maybe it is a story for a different day.
