Directed by Paul Greengrass, this biographical thriller is based on Richard Philips’s own account as documented in his book: A Captain’s Duty: Somali Pirates, Navy SEALs, and Dangerous Days at Sea. The movie stays true to the book and it got six Oscar nominations.

This movie does its best to show the rivalry between the Formula One racers, James Hunt and Niki Lauda in the 1970s. Most of the events that happen in the movie are pretty accurate. The only thing that wasn’t completely true was the relationship between Hunt and Lauda, who were rivals in the movie while they’re friends in real life.
