Berries
While berries can go into the fridge, you have to be careful that they don’t get soggy and gross. If you keep your berries at room temperature they will remain firm and tastier. If you would like to eat them when they’re a little bit cold, then we would advise you to eat them sooner rather than later.
Oats
Oh, oats. Before you’ve cooked them, we recommend keeping them in an airtight container to prevent moisture from building up and mold growth. This is one of the reasons you shouldn’t keep your oats in the fridge. If you cook them, then you can store them in the fridge for about 5 days.
