So that you know, Melania does not always have the same opinion that Donald does. In March 2016, she spoke to CNN about this. She shared, “I don’t agree with everything that he says, but you know, that is normal. I’m my own person.” We are glad that she has retained her self-identity through all of this.

Her Public Awareness Campaign
As the First Lady of the United States, Melania launched a public awareness campaign called Be Best in May 2018. This was meant to advocate against drug use and to cyberbully, and encourage the well-being of youth. In Pennsylvania, she said that cyberbullying is a cause that she wants to address.
