As Frank was getting older, he didn’t realize that the people that surround him were going to be a hindrance to him. He fell into a bad crowd that made his life miserable. After then, he was serving his time in jail for robbery and assault. But, in 1981, it came into his senses that he should have a much brighter life than he is currently, he decided to make a major change for his life. And he made sure that his future was going to be different.

That year, it was a year full of hope and a life to be filled with prosperous things. Costello got married to a woman that she loved the most. But, unexpectedly, he was arrested again and sentenced to serve 10 months in jail for carrying a concealed weapon. When the time came that he would be out of prison, he decided that it would be best for him and to his wife to make a very solemn vow, promising that he will never carry any kind of weapon again.
