Sam Giancana is one of the closest friends that Sinatra has. Sam is also the notorious leader of the famous Chicago Outfit. Some also say that it was Frank Sinatra who introduced Sam Giancana to Senator John F. Kennedy in a bid to secure votes for his run for the presidency. Knowing that Frank and Sam are close friends, Sinatra sometimes works some gigs in one of Giancana’s nightclubs in payment for such favors and as a sign of their strong bond of friendship.
