In order for the FBI to know what the truth is, they attempted to shake these suspicions that they have towards Frank. But later on, it was declared that the singer is ineligible to these suspicions. Shortly, a rumor has been spread that, in order for Sinatra to hide his shades, he paid the doctor $40,000 to deem him unfit to serve. Well, the FBI could not just ignore these kinds of rumors because they still believe that he has something that he’s not showing to people.
