Shaun Of The Dead
Before Hot Fuzz came into existence, Shaun Of The Dead was the horror-comedy film that was considered to be a force to be reckoned with. Shawn, a slacker who doesn’t do much with his life, is thrown head-first into adulthood when a zombie apocalypse takes over his hometown. Instead of making this zombie movie solely about blood and guts, there is also a great amount of comedy in this movie.
Fight Club
In 1999 when this movie came out, it was considered to be extremely controversial and viewers simply didn’t know how to feel about it. The film has only gotten more popular over the years and is nowadays considered to be a cult classic. The movie features Brad Pitt, who plays the role of a soap salesman. He and Edward Norton, who plays a white-collar worker, find themselves forming an underground fight club together. The movie has a much different ending than you’d expect and the plot keeps viewers on their toes.
