The Book That Detailed The King’s Condition
On August 16, 1977, Elvis Presley passed away but just two weeks before that, the book titled “Elvis: What Happened?” was released. Three of his ex-bodyguards wrote the book and they detailed a lot of the secrets about the King’s personal life. Presley attempted to pay the publishers to stop them from releasing the book, with no success. The book just exacerbated his ailments, like an elevated blood pressure, enlarged colon, glaucoma, and liver damage.
