46 year old Regina King has a recurring role as Janine Davis, the director of employee relations at the university, on The Big Bang Theory. King is a highly regarded actress thanks to her roles as Brenda Jenkins on the series 227, The Boondocks and Southland. Let’s not forget her film role in Jerry Maguire either.
