George, a caring pet owner, was worried about Crosby and stroked him desperately. Crosby seemed to snap out of his stupor at some stage. “What is it, boy?” said George. While looking into those big eyes, George inquired of the puppy. George was delighted to learn that his beloved pet was in good health. Perhaps the dog was actually looking at a fly. But, in the end, he discovered that it was much larger!

There Was Something Off
Crosby appeared to return to his normal self after what had occurred. George awoke around 12 a.m. He went into the kitchen to get himself a glass of water. He noticed Crosby in the living room, staring at the wall once more, as he was on his way there! Something was different this time, George could tell. While staring at the same spot on the wall, the dog appeared even sadder.
