English singer who was known for his bold voice, Joe Cocker performed on the very last day of the concert. Back then he was actually part of the band called The Grease Band, but many have said that his four-hour performance was one of the most memorable of the entire festival. Although he wasn’t exactly the biggest star back then, his electric energy really took the people by storm.

Medical Emergencies
With an enormous event with approximately half a million people, injures and minor casualties were bound to happen. Below, we can certainly see how things may have got a bit out of hand during some parts of the weekend. Helicopters needed to fly in several times with emergency supplies, but likely for them at the end of the festival, no one was heavily injured.
