It Is A Risky Profession
After all, it’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye, as the old adage goes. It may be applicable to a variety of circumstances figuratively, but Greg took it to heart and applied it to his life. Trapping can be a lot of fun and exciting, but we all know that it is not the safest pastime that anyone can engage in at any time.
Greg is forthright about this, and he frequently discusses it in his posts. He had numerous injuries as a result of the trapping. While he has had some terrible luck in the past, he is not embarrassed to admit it to others. He wanted people to be aware of what they were getting themselves into before they committed.
Free From Traps
A large number of people are strongly opposed to the practice of trapping animals. We all believe that animals have rights. They are, however, at a loss for what to do in these circumstances, when wild creatures have a tendency to ruin crops and properties, as well as slaughter cattle.
There is already an organization dedicated to the humane transportation of animals. Wyoming Untrapped is the name of the game. Their goal is to capture and relocate wild animals without the use of leg hold traps, which have the potential to harm and injure the animals in the process of capture and relocation. At the very least, there is yet hope for our animals to be liberated from their entanglement in traps.
