Maybe the dog had simply been staring at some bug. In the end, however, he found out that it was bigger than that!

After what happened, Crosby seemed to go back to his normal self again. At midnight, George woke up. He decided to get himself a glass of water in the kitchen. When he was heading there, he noticed that Crosby was in the living room and staring at the wall once more! George could also tell that something was different this time. George was concerned. He had to know what was wrong with Crosby. In the morning, George got up early to go to the nearest store and buy a camera that was equipped with night vision! After dropping it back home, he went to work. Once he got back, George did not immediately watch the footage. He thought doing it the following day was best so that the camera could capture more footage. He really wanted to know what was happening with his pet!

When George finally watched the footage, he found out that Crosby did not do the same thing most of the time. The dog would only go up to the wall when George was around! Even though they do not speak our language, they will find a way to get their message across and communicate with us, whether it be by scratching, barking or some other odd movement. Taking a deep breath, George squeezed his hand into the hole until his elbow was inside the wall. He felt around the space, and then he touched something which made his eyes grow wide in disbelief.

There were pieces of drywall on the floor, but there was something else. George grabbed hold of whatever it was and with a lot of care, pulled it out. He was dismayed when he saw that it was nothing but a handful of dirt, drywall, and insulation. However, when Crosby’s cries got more urgent, the owner knew he was getting closer. George cleared the dirt to be able to get his arm deeper down the hole.

Using his hand, George carefully felt around the place. His fingers finally made contact with something soft and small. He assumed that it was just wall insulation again but changed his mind when he heard it let out a high-pitched whine! Clearly, whatever it was that he had his hand around was alive. Taking the sound as a sign, George decided not to leave the small creature there and tried pulling it out.

George found out that a kitten was hiding in the panelling between the living room and the washroom. As if the situation was not already bizarre enough, George was shocked to see how the kitten looked a lot like Crosby’s feline friend who had passed away. Aside from that, George had no idea how the kitten ended up in that spot. The owner could not help wondering whether this was all his dog’s doing.

Once George pulled the kitten out of the wall, he saw how dusty baby was. He had no idea how she got there. Could it be that her mother was close by? If so, she was probably looking for her little one. George had to figure out which course of action was the best. There was one thing he did know – there was no way the kitten could have gotten inside on its own. He guessed that his dog snuck her in because Crosby felt lonely.

George took his time cleaning the kitten. He used a damp cloth to wipe off the dust on her fur. While he was doing this, he saw Crosby wagging his tail energetically and looking happy. He was hoping that the real owners of the kitten had been looking for her.

After the vet checked the kitten, George was told that the little one looked to be in perfect health! There was just the issue of the kitten being ravenous and dirty, which could be fixed easily. The vet also scanned the kitten’s neck to see if there was a chip but there was none. Nobody reached out to George to claim the kitten even after he posted her photo on the neighborhood’s Facebook group. Soon enough, George would have to decide what to do with her.

It was clear that Crosby was enjoying the company of his new feline friend. He was starting to go back to the joyful dog that he was. While George thought this was nice to see, he did not want to have a cat. He discussed giving the kitten to a shelter with the vet. Although it crushed him, George knew that it was the right thing to do. However, he change his mind because of something!

When he heard that, George decided to keep the kitten. He brought home the newest member of their family and Crosby met them, clearly thrilled to see the developments. The dog was really happy to finally have another companion at home – this time, an animal friend. As for the kitten, she now lived in a loving home. George gave her the name Lil Ray-Ray. Perhaps he will give Crosby more attention in the future!

Dogs can get aggressive when they are scared and might lunge or bite so the threat would move away.

The tool has a lengthy rope with a hole at the end. This hole is supposed to go around the dog’s head. With this tool, they can capture and restrain a dog more easily and safely, and the pooch can be brought to a shelter to be checked.

They would have been able to get the dog out much more quickly if the pooch had more trust in them. The situation turned out to be quite challenging but Loreta and Eldad were determined to succeed in their mission. Nevertheless, they were not using force. That was out of the question. If there was one thing sure about the situation, it was that they had their work cut out for them.

Seeing as the cheeseburger was not working, they decided to use the tool which they brought with them. Loreta tried to use the catching pole on the dog, putting the lasso around the animal’s neck. However, she abandoned this plan right away when she saw the dog’s reaction. It seemed like the poor creature was much too terrified when the House of Paws member tried to use the strategy on her.

Loreta just wanted to make sure that the dog would stay calm. The situation was just going to get worse if the dog ran off scared. It was clear that Loreta needed to figure out another strategy from that moment on. However, what else could they do? They were unsuccessful with their first two plans and the poor dog was still in that dark spot. They just could not get her to come out.

It was possible that the stray dog assumed that that dark spot was safe. They found the German Shepherd mix hiding under a parked vehicle which was in between two buildings. However, Eldad managed to get the area secured using a net. This would keep the dog from running away. It seems like they came to the place quite prepared judging by the items that they had brought with them.

The dog would have to come out of her spot after some time. When this happened, Eldad and Loreta would be ready for her and they would finally be able to bring her to safety. However, how long was it going to take? They knew they would have to play the waiting game, which is why they emptied their schedule. By then, the only thing left to do was to wait.

While Eldad was guarding one of the exits, Loreta made sure to secure the other one. He actually documented their mission. In the video, it can be seen that they tried to talk the dog so that she would come out of the spot. They were really determined to succeed in their mission no matter what. After a while, the pooch looked much less terrified. Eldad and Loreta were glad to see her finally starting to relax. They were happy that the dog seemed like she was coming around and was becoming less and less scared of them.
