According to the caller, the dog was hiding under a vehicle and avoiding humans. Eldad and Loreta did find the animal hiding under a large van, and they could also see that she was scared. This was the reason for her unwillingness to come out of the spot. As she approached the poor creature, Loreta tried to show her that they had food. However, was this strategy going to work?
