Burt Bacharach, the songwriter, is one of the 20th century’s most prominent composers. In 1928, he was born in Missouri and began writing in the 1980s. To build songs documented by over 1,000 artists, he collaborated with writer Hal David. He is renowned for his collaboration with Dionne Warwick as a musician, as well as his chord progression and jazz harmony.
