When he was still working on Magnum P.I., Tom Selleck went on to win both a Golden Globe and Emmy Awards for Best Actor in a Drama Series. However, there is more than that. He has four Emmy nominations, four People’s Choice Awards, and six Golden Globe nominations under his belt.

In 2007, Tom Selleck appeared on the television drama series Las Vegas in the role of A.J. Cooper. The character is the new Montecito Casino owner. The interesting thing about it was that it was his first regular part on a drama series after his Magnum P.I. days.
