Although he has heavy involvement in politics, Tom Selleck did not express support for either candidate during the 2016 Presidential race. To this day, he still has not revealed whether he voted for Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. However, he did write a letter to David Brown, who used to be the Dallas Police Department Chief. He did this to express his appreciation of the leadership and grace the man displayed in the Dallas police shooting that happened in the same year.
