They wanted the baby seals to feel safe enough to linger around. Since they were young, the seals were more likely to be skittish, with a higher chance of them swimming away. The divers did there best to keep movements at a minimum.

The two divers weren’t about to miss out on this incredible opportunity to capture these wild animals up close. Thankfully, it didn’t take long for the seals to warm up to Grayson and his friend. The seals starting circling the divers, almost like they were putting on some kind of show.
