Unlikely Family
This story is not, it turns out, the only one of its kind! As of late, another cat named Rosinka made new headlines in Russia. She was adopted by a baby squirrel monkey named Fyodor. After being abandoned by his own mother, the little creature was taken home by a zookeeper. Luckily, Rosinka began to comfort the baby almost immediately. Perhaps helping other baby animals out when they’re in need is the norm for cats in Russia?

We all know what kind of reputation cats tend to have, but we think they might be terribly misunderstood. They’re usually less popular than dogs, and it’s a pity, really. Many dog owners seem to be certain that they are this way due to cats’ malicious behavior. However, cat owners worldwide have been eager to have cats for centuries now, and for a good reason!
