One of the staff members even sighed and rudely repeated what she had told Madelyn. This staff member had told her that the bikini she was wearing was “too small” and that it was also “inappropriate.” She went on to explain that “this is a family park.” Madelyn was in disbelief at the words coming out of this young girl’s mouth. Was she being publicly shamed? What was this young girl saying?

She was in fact wearing “full” bikini bottoms at the water park. In total confusion, she looked around and observed all the other ladies that were at the park at the time. It was clear as day that some of them were wearing bathing suits that were showier than Madelyn’s. She was certainly not the only one in a bikini that was for sure! In all the confusion she quickly realized that something was definitely not right in the situation.
