Sarah simply replied to the employee and explained her truth, she simply had no other shirt at the gym. Sarah went on with her workout, she continued what she had planned and forgot about the incident despite feeling a bit embarrassed. She would be done soon anyways and simply wanted to finish what she had planned for the day.
