No Parking Near The Fire Hydrant
I guess staying 10 feet away from the fire hydrant wasn’t a rule that crossed this person’s mind while deciding where to leave their car. It appears that there may be a parking spot on the road just past their car, so I’m quite curious how they decided that parking in the grass while crashing into a hydrant was their best option.

I want to imagine some adrenaline-rush high-speed chase was happening here which caused the police car to wind up in this situation, but I’m certain it was nothing more than a case of someone not paying attention or not seeing where they were going. I’ll let my imagination take over this time.
