Life is full of second chances. There are truly some cases where we deserve another chance. This was clearly a little miffed that someone decided to park the car in his rightful spot. However, he decided to focus on compassion instead of resorting to a call to the tow truck company. Apart from being a kind person, the individual happens to have a sense of humor and some artistry. This time, they decided to let the offending party off with just a warning this time. However, we doubt they will be lucky if they do it a second time. After all, what could be worse than finding your car missing the first thing in the morning?

Well, well, well. Can you guess who decided to strike again? That’s right, it is no one but the shopping cart correctional officer. A wrong move there will turn you into… er, a vehicle surrounded by barely functional shopping carts. Oh, and shall we mention that it is going to be extremely embarrassing if anyone else finds out you are parked that way? To be fair, we have no idea what kind of excuse anyone will come up for parking in this manner. It is not as if it’s impossible to look for parking at the supermarket. Sure, you might have to walk a couple of steps more, but talk about ridiculous!
