Every single driver out there should know that it is illegal to park in front of a fire hydrant. Unfortunately, not a lot of people care when they are desperate for a place to park the car. This is when they decide to go after convenience and park on the curb even if they block the hydrant in the process! While fire hydrants are not used as often as one would think, we can’t know when a fire will suddenly start. It is important to be able to put out a fire when necessary, which is why it is illegal to park your car in front of one. This is what would happen if you were inconsiderate enough to do this in an actual emergency.
