Although the person who bought the confetti and balloons deserves kudos, we have to say we are impressed by this fellow in a different way. They actually went as far as to create a note that looks just like a parking ticket to give the driver a good scare. When the driver picks up the paper and reads what it says, they would be surprised to find an incredible soliloquy all about their terrible parking. Surprise!

A quick glance will be all you need to see that this parking lot is full of poor decisions. After taking a closer look, however, you will arrive at the conclusion that it was a single bad decision in a sea of good ones. The driver said, “screw it” and parked anyway they wanted to. Apparently, this means parking across several spaces. The people who witnessed this could not let it slide, and who can blame them? They then surrounded the vehicle using their own cars to lock them in.
