Smart cars are best known for how compact they are. Although you would not be able to fit four people in a vehicle like this, they are excellent for squeezing in small parking slots. This will be useful every now and then. It feels like the owner of this smart car went overboard and parked somewhere that is not considered a parking space. Some guys knew it was time to give him a lesson by putting the car in parking jail. Oops.
