You always set and execute a battle rhythm. What’s a battle rhythm? It’s “a deliberate daily cycle of command, staff, and unit activities intended to synchronize current and future operations… This is basically just a hooah, ‘warrior-focused’ name for a daily or weekly routine.” So make your bed and exercise every day, that’s what it means to be in battle rhythm. Plus, as mentioned before, it’s the best way to achieve success. The military taught you that.
