Section Two of the Lochsa River, Idaho
The State of Idaho proudly boasts the Lochsa River and its collection of raging rapids. However, “Section Two” is a little more dangerous than the other spots along the 57-mile route. Because of high rainfall in season, the river overflows and causes water to run out of control.
Celestial Falls, Oregon
You know you’re in a dangerous place when the authorities officially ban you from entering. The Celestial Falls located on Oregon’s White River have class-three and class-five rapids. At one time many pro kayakers would come to challenge the rough waters, but since the death toll began to rise, authorities banned entry to all kayakers.
