ED SHEERAN: $68m
Ed Sheeran arose from rural East England a bit far away. For years, the singer-songwriter captured and journeyed in the dark before he received a significant leap in writing for pal Taylor Swift. Sheeran was nominated for the Song of the Year Grammy in 2017, which sealed off a prosperous year of massive radio rotation. Forbes Magazine financial professionals and authors estimated Brit’s highly skilled riches to be spectacular at $68 million. Ed, however, is not strictly concerned with personal gains; he apparently co-wrote Thinking Out Loud in 2014 with a friend of the musician to help her pay off her loan with her royalties.
BRUCE WILLIS: $180M
Bruce Willis, a competitive actor as well as part-time singer, hasn’t always been a huge star. He worked a number of blue collar jobs in his hometown of New Jersey in the 1970s. Willis eventually found success in the film industry with a lead role in the hit sitcom Moonlighting, and he was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2006. Willis is worth about $180 million, even after an expensive divorce from fellow actor Demi Moore. The actor has been outspoken in his objections to government-imposed income taxes, sharing several libertarian-leaning political opinions.
