There were a lot of celebrities and famous people in attendance. Among others, their guests included Heidi Klum, Shaquille O’Neal, P. Diddy, Star Jones, Katie Couric, Conrad Black, Simon Cowell, Hillary Clinton, Kelly Ripa, Rudy Giuliani, Matt Lauer, Barbara Walters, and Regis Philbin. They hired a French chef called Jean-Georges Vongerichten for catering. The 5-star menu offered guests caviar, lobster rolls, and steamed shrimp salad in a champagne vinaigrette. Aside from that, the main course was beef tenderloin. Guests must have loved the Cristal champagne to go with that! Are you drooling too?
