Peeking Pupper
What exactly is that protruding from behind the sofa cushion? Is it possible that the remote control has returned after being missing for several months? Is that a combination of spare change and lint? Rather than a cat, it is the snout of an unsuspecting doggie who has peeked her head out from beneath the couch. We are unsure as to how she was able to squeeze herself into such a small spot – but one thing is certain: she is most definitely concealing something naughty! Her sorrowful expression and large nose indicate that she is harboring a guilty conscience.

This shy guy appears to be suffering from some social anxiety, as seen by his decision to take refuge beneath this birch tree, concealing half of his face and coyly displaying only one of his large black eyes. Not everyone appreciates being in the limelight, and it’s more difficult than ever to avoid being tagged in an unpleasant photo by someone else. In today’s over-exposed, social media-centric society, it can be difficult to establish a sense of solitude. I give this dog a big thumbs up since he has maintained his identity, which is quite nice.
