After her sophomore year, she transferred to San Diego State University, where she earned several more distinctions for both the Aztecs and herself. Paige contributed to San Diego’s first Mountain West Conference championship during her senior year. In July 2015, she won a title match against Brittany Fan, who played for the University of Colorado Boulder. The tournament was hosted by the Colorado Golf Association.

In 2015, a piece encouraged people to follow her on social media. Paige images from her Instagram account were included in the story. Her Instagram followers increased to 100,000 within two days after the post was published. She had fewer than 10,000 followers before that. As a result, she was invited to participate in the Omega Dubai Ladies Classic, a professional golf tournament, in December 2016.
