The First Call
After letting himself catch his breath, he made his way back to his house. Christopher knew who he needed to call first, and it was his realtor. He frantically started trying to explain every detail of what he had just seen in this tiny yet terrifying tunnel, and the real estate agent said someone was coming over to look at it immediately.

“When we went to ask about the place, we were finally told that the estate had been home to quite a lot of mining sites. A lot of mining was done in these hills at the turn of the century, and there are a lot of little mines that are scattered across the hills,” Christopher explained. Even though he first felt a sense of relief, he quickly went back to feeling tense, and he could feel his whole body tightening up and his breaths getting shorter. “This cannot be happening!” he yelled.
