After all these particular times, Frank knew that the FBI was watching every single step that he was making. In the year 1979 and 1980, the singer, Frank Sinatra, was receiving copies of his personal files under the law of Freedom of Information Act. In spite of the files that contain several topics to point out, it also speaks volumes of how the government was so eager and was so willing to put the singer behind the bars of a prison.

One historian named Gerald Meyer wrote something about the case of Frank Sinatra. He mentioned in his article that the files that the FBI has against Frank expose a situation that is very discouraging. He also mentioned that Sinatra didn’t do any activity that the Bill of Rights disallowed. These were the exact words “Sinatra’s FBI dossier reveals a dismaying situation. At no time does it contain anything that even hints at an activity disallowed by the Bill of Rights.”
