They Denied The Meeting
However, in spite of the accusations, Provenzano and Giacalone denied there was no particular meeting that happened. Both men were found outside the area of that day. Even after the investigations that were made, the bugging and the surveilling a number of high-ranking mobsters, the authorities could not find any significant proof that these two men were present in the said murder of a man who was named Hoffa. These two were proven not guilty of the accusations that were laid to their names.
He Was Declared Dead
After a very long time of conducting the investigation, Hoffa was officially declared dead as of July 30, 1982. It was a long 7 years for the searching of his case. Since then, there were several reports that tried to explain what was the fate of Hoffa, but the experts believed that only a handful of the said reports were to be claimed as true and had real credibility.
