What would you do if an imagined buddy disappeared? Because, after all, you’re the only one who can see him. He’s also immaterial, so no one can run into him or hear his voice by chance. But what if you merely imagine your long-lost imaginary buddy reappearing? Isn’t he then still alive? We’re only pointing out that the laws of imagination might sometimes look weirdly constrained.

But, well, this guy doesn’t seem to care for his cat. And some cats are a bother — so much so that it’s worth paying someone else to remove them. We’re only suggesting that if this person is willing to make tremendous efforts to eliminate it, it must be a severe issue.
