It Was Hard To Fix
Lexi chooses to believe that when she was a young girl, her disordered eating patterns started since her mother and father never cooked and almost always bought processed meals. Lexi told reporters, “Processed foods were always easier to purchase than healthy foods…” Lexi found it extremely hard to resolve their eating patterns because their practices in eating these types of food were already incorporated in her entire life. Lexi said, “I was always an emotional eater, also, and no matter what the mood, food was always there for me”.
The Important Decision
Their weight problems kept them from living since they could not do as other partners could. Although the two of them seem to be perfectly content, they don’t have the small joys of romantic strolls and fun weekend getaways. Their lives were a little grey, and they just stayed home, watched TV, and ate. Lexi came to know the detrimental effect of her body mass on her daily existence. Though delighted, she realized she had to make some changes to improve her life. She felt incapable of making a final choice until something changed.
