“Elvis The Pelvis”
American comedian Milton Berle encouraged Elvis to perform without his guitar for a TV performance. He reportedly told young Elvis, “Let ’em see you, son.” This was the year 1956, becoming the year Elvis’ hips were discovered. The country couldn’t get enough, nicknaming him “Elvis the Pelvis”.
